Hôm nay bạn học gì?

1. Cấu trúc 1 đoạn chuẩn:
   Action (hành động) → Metric (số) → Reflection (suy nghĩ/ý nghĩa).
2. Câu chủ đề (topic sentence) dễ hiểu: nói rõ đoạn này trả lời điều gì.
3. Bằng chứng: %/giờ/# người/before→after, gắn beneficiary.
4. Reflection ngắn: “so-what” (mình học được gì, liên quan ngành gì).
5. Chuyển đoạn mượt: nối bằng hình ảnh/ý then chốt (echo–thread).

Ghi nhớ nhanh: “1 đoạn = A + M + R; câu mở rõ; câu cuối chốt; nối bằng 1 sợi chỉ.”

1) “Bản vẽ” đoạn chuẩn (3–5 câu)

• Câu 1 – Topic sentence (rõ ràng): đoạn này chứng minh điều gì.
• Câu 2–3 – Evidence (Action + Metric + Beneficiary): bạn làm gì, con số ra sao, ai hưởng lợi.
• Câu 4 – Reflection (1 câu): ý nghĩa/môn học/club ở đại học.
• Câu 5 (tuỳ) – Transition: gợi mở sang đoạn kế tiếp (1 từ khóa/hình ảnh).

EN – khung nhanh (điền dữ liệu):
“I learned to design for reuse. I piloted ten-minute Friday stand-ups and a three-tier error log; debug time fell by 35% in six weeks and twelve sophomores adopted the routine. Seeing the template travel taught me to measure leadership in adoption, not applause. Next, I tested whether that habit works outside robotics.”

2) Ví dụ đầy đủ (EN – 2 đoạn liên tiếp)

Đoạn 1 – Robotics (A+M+R + transition):
“I learned to design for reuse. I piloted ten-minute Friday stand-ups and a three-tier error log; in six weeks, debug time fell by 35% and our pass rate rose from 42% to 70%, as twelve sophomores adopted the routine. Leadership, to me, is a system people can use without me. I wondered if that could transfer to tutoring.”

Đoạn 2 – Tutoring (song song cấu trúc):
“It did. I launched a peer-tutoring clinic for fourteen freshmen; homework completion rose by 32% in six weeks, and two volunteers took over scheduling during my exams. I started to measure belonging the way we measure code: by what runs when the author steps away.”

Lưu ý: câu mở rõ, bằng chứng có số, câu cuối chốt insight, transition mượt.

3) Câu chủ đề (topic sentence) kiểu “rõ–gọn”

• Mẫu Story: “I learned X the hard way and designed Y.”
• Mẫu Montage: “[Chủ đề] shows up in A, B, and C.”
• Sai thường gặp: mở đoạn bằng khẩu hiệu (I’m passionate…).
• Cách sửa: nói hành động bạn sẽ chứng minh trong đoạn.

EN – 6 mẫu dùng ngay:

1. “I moved from fixing parts to fixing patterns.”
2. “I measure leadership in routines other people reuse.”
3. “Belonging, for me, is what runs without the author.”
4. “Curiosity turned into deadlines and a reading list.”
5. “Integrity looked like a checklist and zero flags.”
6. “Stewardship became a rota that kept the pantry open.”

4) Bằng chứng (Metric) dễ chấm

• Thời gian (4–6 tuần), tỉ lệ (%, trước→sau), số người (#), adoption (chạy vắng mặt).
• Mỗi đoạn nên có tối thiểu 1 metric.
• Viết ngắn, cụ thể: “−35% debug; 42%→70% pass; 14 freshmen; 120 downloads.”

Bank “Tell → Show” cho đoạn:

5) Reflection (câu “so-what”) ngắn, có lực

• Không kể triết lý dài.
• Có thể gắn ngành (CS, Education, Public Policy…).
• 2 cấu trúc dễ dùng (EN):
  • “[Concept], to me, is [định nghĩa cá nhân ngắn].”
  • “In college, I want to test [thói quen/hypothesis] in [context].”

EN – ví dụ 1 câu chốt:
“Good design survives its designer.”
“I measure belonging in adoption, not applause.”

6) Chuyển đoạn (transition) bằng “sợi chỉ”

• Echo-word: lặp 1 từ khóa (reuse, routine, ledger…).
• Echo-image: quay lại vật/ảnh (screwdriver, coins, label maker…).
• Echo-question: “Would that work outside robotics?” → dẫn sang đoạn mới.

Sai thường gặp: dùng “Firstly/Secondly/Lastly” khô cứng.
Cách sửa: dùng echo câu ngắn gợi tò mò.

7) Template “đổ khuôn” 3 kiểu đoạn (copy–dán rồi thay dữ liệu)

Template A – Story đoạn đơn (EN, 4–5 câu):

1. Topic sentence (ý chính).
2. Action + Metric + Beneficiary (1–2 câu).
3. Reflection (1 câu).
4. Transition (1 câu, nếu cần).

Template B – Montage mảnh (EN, 2 câu/mảnh):

• Mảnh 1: Action + Metric → mini reflection.
• Mảnh 2: Action + Metric → mini reflection.
• Mảnh 3: Action + Metric → mini reflection.
• Kết: thesis lại + echo.

Template C – VN tóm tắt 1 dòng:

• “[Hành động] → [số đo/Delta] → [ai hưởng lợi] → [ý học được].”

8) Lỗi thường gặp → Cách sửa

• Đoạn quá nhiều ý: giữ 1 ý/đoạn; các ý khác để đoạn sau.
• Không có số: thêm ít nhất 1 metric.
• Reflection lan man: 1 câu so-what là đủ.
• Chuyển đoạn gãy: thêm echo-word/echo-image/echo-question.
• Câu mở mơ hồ: viết lại topic sentence theo mẫu “rõ–gọn”.

9) Bài tập thực hành (25–30 phút)

1. Chọn 2 trải nghiệm (ví dụ: robotics & tutoring).
2. Viết 2 đoạn EN theo Template A (mỗi đoạn 4–5 câu).
3. Đặt transition giữa hai đoạn bằng echo-word/echo-image.
4. Đọc to → cắt 15–20% từ thừa, thêm 1 metric/đoạn nếu thiếu.
5. Ghi lại 2 câu chủ đề và 2 câu reflection vào “bank” cá nhân.

10) Checklist tự chấm (0–2 điểm/mục)

1. Mỗi đoạn có 1 topic sentence rõ?
2. Có Action + Metric + Beneficiary?
3. Có 1 câu reflection chốt?
4. Transition mượt (echo-word/image/question)?
5. Câu gọn; ít tính từ – nhiều động từ?
6. Cắt ≥15% từ thừa?

≥9/12: đoạn của bạn đủ chín để ghép thành bài hoàn chỉnh.

11) Mẫu mini hoàn chỉnh (EN – 8 câu, 2 đoạn + chuyển)
